Petspemf RollnRest® - The PEMF-Powered Orthopedic Dog Bed

What I love the most about the RollnRest bed is that I just need to download the app, set it up and the rest is automatic! Not one more thing added to my to-do list and Japan gets his healing every time he lies on the bed. We've seen a lot of great improvements with Japan's overall comfort, recovery of his torn CCL and most importantly, his happiness in general.

This has been a fantastic product. My dogs take turns sharing it. The large bed is big enough for two Malinois to share. I have seen drastic help with the Stress and Anxiety settings and the integrated healing for my older dog. I'm so happy that I made the jump and purchase this it's well worth the price.

Besides a few ripped out/disrupted pieces of material (seems as though when my husband was unboxing, the very strong velcro ruined a bunch of the mat :-() So we never had a pristine moment with the cover. Besides that me and my dogs seem to be loving it. I’m still a little confused with which settings to have automatically set, and would love a way to run it without the app - but the dogs get on the pad whenever they want and I make sure that light circles is showing me it’s running. Love it!

We love this bed since our senior dog can rest on it anytime during the day. We choose Pain Relief mode for her osteoarthritis. It works like magic! She is so relax and recovers so well after the treatments. LOVE IT! Thank you for designing this bed for all dog lovers like us.

We are very satisfied and happy with the new RollnRest bed for our old lady. It provides lots of resting space for my Lab. Very easy to set up and we have purchased all 3 of your Petspemf products. Can’t wait to get the waterproof inner cover of the RollnRest bed!!

I bought this big pad to use at night, I already use the smaller pad for a long time during the day.
I love that I can set it so that it reactivates with the motion detector, once the program ended. I love that it is so big, giving my dog lots of room to stretch out and still lie completely on the mat. I also use the PEMF collar in another location in the house.
All three products have done absolute wonders for my 13 year old darling boy. His arthritis has improved immensely, no more limping at all!!!!!

My dog is getting used to it slowly. It really helps her relaxing more and she sleeps much better. We are using Pain Relief mode for her arthritis pain and it works well. We are quite happy with it.

We now have everything from this company. Such relief thank you.

The initial set up was difficult even when following the instructions. But once the initial set up was completed. It has been easy. Personal pets like it as well as patients at my Rehab Center.

I had to contact customer support due to a faulty wire. They sent me a new one right away.

Unfortunately I had to euthanize my Rocky dog less than 24 hours after ordering the product. So I can’t write about the usefulness of the bed. Instead I can speak to the customer service I received.

I reached out to your customer service to notify them of Rocky’s death and ask if they could either cancel my order or contact the shipper to return the item to you as my notice from you appeared to indicate the package had just gone to the shipper.

I had only rec’d the notification my order had been processed. I immediately reached -via email-someone named Maja and explained the situation. All by email, as there is no telephone number I could find for your company.

If you have time I think you will understand why I felt your CS department left a lot to desired. We exchanged many emails.

My beloved Rocky was gone. I was beside myself, and I kept getting exactly the same silly response that Maja couldn’t give me the directions on how to return the item until I knew when it would be delivered. And that your company could not stop the shipment nor redirect the shipper to return the item unless I paid a 30% fee of the item I purchased, which cost nearly $800.

UPS noticed me the package would be here Friday evening and I contacted Maja once again at 9:30 A.M. Friday. I did not hear back by the time the package arrived at 6:30 P.M., so I explained the situation to the UPS driver that I would like to return the bed as my dog had passed.

The driver was very nice and understood how upset I still was over the loss of my dog. Maja however once again threatened me with the 30% fee when she read I had “refused” the order.

Throughout the ordeal I felt no empathy from her for the particulars of my situation. But at the end of the day your company did do the right thing and refunded my entire purchase price, for which I am really appreciative. I don’t know if that was due to Maja’s assistance or just good company management. In either case thank you.

I would suggest your reps receive some training in really hearing and understanding a customer’s situation rather than simply repeating over and over your policy. I understand you might charge a return/restock fee if the product did not satisfy the customer once used for the recommended 21 days. But as I told Maja I felt it was completely out of line for a situation such as mine. I don’t imagine many people lose their dogs within a day or so of placing an order for this product. But still, training or empowerment of the customer rep to waive the charges in such cases would be really customer facing improvement.

I am much calmer now than I was during that immediate week or so after I had to euthanize Rocky. So to the degree I was unpleasant to Maja I apologize. She just kept hitting a tender place without knowing I guess how tender one feels after losing a best furry friend.

I did not get to use the Rollin Rest bed. I cancelled my order before it arrived. I found out the the magnets could affect my Total Knee Replacement. They told me that I could not refuse the box when it came. I paid over $100 to return it to insure it for $1000. Then they charged me another 10% restocking fee. So I lost $200. Just like burning money.

We started using the RollnRest bed for our 11-year-old Labrador, and she immediately chose it over her old bed. She seems calmer in the evenings and rests more comfortably.

Works great with the app most of the time. The cover that came with it does not make sense with the power cord that comes out - to use the hole intended you'd have to practically kink the cord so it's easier to just have it come out of the zipper hole. Ads for the covers for the mat show various covers available but that's false advertising - there are only the two options.
Additionally it does not turn on when a pet lays on it like advertised.

It’s great to have a larger surface for whole body PEMF therapy. I really like the automatic start feature.
The cooling foam is attached to the orthotic foam. It’s not really thick enough to provide true orthopedic support. I replaced the foam with my own. So far so good especially when combined with light therapy and cold laser.

My 14.5 year old Russell Terrier is loving the Rollnrest. I like that I can set it to turn on when he steps on it. He spends most of his time lounging on it. He's much more active and happy.

I was expecting a cordless option given there is reference to a charging cord. I was also expecting a much more effective automatic on option. I have not found the user materials as intuitive as I had hoped. I hate to give such a harsh review and would welcome king to someone about my experience

I use the PEMF for my senior dog for pain management from arthritis. It has helped him and he is climbing the stairs to the second floor again. I use the PEMF on my young dog in hopes of calming her. So far I have not seen an improvement but I will continue to use it.
