At MDCN Tech Ltd, we are confident that you and your pet will love your Petspemf device and the wellness benefits it provides.

However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, starting from the day your device is delivered. If the product is not right for you, you may request a return and refund by following the process below.

To ensure a smooth and timely return, please carefully read and follow the steps and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Submit Your Request
 
Send your return request via email. Our team will review it within 1–2 business days.

Step 2: Receive RMA Approval
 
If approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Detailed return instructions

  • The correct return address for your region

Step 3: Ship the Product

  • The product must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA

  • You must send your tracking number or proof of shipment to our support email

Important:

  • Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted

  • Returns must be sent by the original purchaser

2. Return Center

All returns must be sent to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
 
Returns are processed through our U.S. Returns Center (New Jersey).
 Full address is provided upon RMA approval.
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

3. Standard Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Device must be shipped within 7 days of receiving RMA

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • All accessories must be included

  • Device must be returned undamaged and in good condition

  • A valid tracking number or proof of shipment must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • The device is excessively dirty, contaminated (including pet hair), or shows signs of improper use beyond normal wear

  • The device is damaged or incomplete upon return

In such cases, MDCN Tech Ltd may charge the customer for any resulting handling, processing, or shipping costs.

4. Petspemf RollnRest – Important Return Conditions

Due to the structure and nature of the Petspemf RollnRest Premium Orthopedic PEMF Therapy Bed for Pets, the return process differs from standard devices.

Return Requirements

Customers must return only the control unit box, which consists of:

  • Control Unit

  • Tube

  • Charger

Non-Returnable Component

The RollnRest bed and all associated components (foam, cover, and accessories) are non-returnable due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Refund Adjustment

A 10% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount to account for the non-returnable bed component.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Once issued, it may take 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

You will receive an email confirmation once:

  • Your return has been received

  • Your refund has been approved or rejected

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd.

If your original payment method is unavailable, please contact foryou@petspemf.com for assistance. Additional verification may be required.

6. Warranty Policy

All Petspemf devices purchased through official channels are covered by a 2-year warranty, with a maximum extension of 26 months from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional or digital malfunctions under normal use

If a defect is confirmed, we may:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace the device

  • Issue a refund

Replacement devices are shipped to the original delivery address unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser

  • Void if the device is opened or tampered with

  • Not extended after replacement

  • Not retroactive to policy changes

7. Refused Shipments & Restocking Fee

If a shipment is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Returned due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or fees

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect customer information

We reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the order value as a restocking and handling fee.

This does not apply to:

  • Verified warranty cases

  • Products confirmed defective upon arrival

8. Bundles & Partial Returns

If part of a discounted bundle is returned:

  • Retained items will be charged at their full individual retail price

  • The refund will be adjusted accordingly

9. General Notice

  • Only purchases made directly through MDCN Tech Ltd / Petspemf official channels are eligible for returns, refunds, and warranty

  • Products purchased through third parties are subject to their own policies

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice
