THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS, OR CLASS ACTIONS.

By using these sites, you agree that Slovenian law will govern these Terms & Conditions and that any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. You also agree that any legal disputes arising out of or in relation to this agreement to provide products, recordings, materials, or services, or pertaining to those products, recordings, materials, or services or in relation to the information from the websites or materials shall be resolved through binding arbitration with the Slovenian Arbitration Rules, with such arbitration being held in Slovenia.

We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from recommendations, activities, or other information or events your pet or you learn or experience through the use of Petspemf products. For any products or services recommended on this website, you should carefully read all product packaging and instructions/manuals/user guides you purchase or intend to purchase. You agree that your pet(s) use Petspemf products at their/your own risk. Information provided on this website and the use of any product or service from our website by you DOES NOT create a veterinarian relationship between you and any of the animal health professionals affiliated with our website.

REFUND POLICY
We are confident that you and your pet are going to love and benefit from your Petspemf device. Therefore, MDCN Tech Ltd. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, which starts on the day your device is delivered. If you are not satisfied, you may request to return your Petspemf device for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact foryou@petspemf.com.
Your request will be processed within one to two (1–2) business days. If approved, you will receive an email containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return instructions, and the return address for your region. After receiving the RMA, you must ship your device within seven (7) days.
There are standard return rules to be followed in the refund process:
- a) A tracking number or proof of shipment for the return must be sent to foryou@petspemf.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges associated with the return shipment;
- b) The device must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the RMA;
- c) The device must be returned by the original purchaser;
- d) Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted;
- e) The device must be returned in its original packaging;
- f) The device must be returned in accordance with the applicable product-specific return instructions. Due to hygiene requirements, certain foam, textile, and accessory components are non-returnable. Failure to follow the provided return instructions may result in the return being refused or the applicable refund being adjusted;
- g) If you purchased a discounted bundle and wish to return only one of the items, the refund amount will be adjusted. The remaining item will be charged at its full individual retail price valid on the date of purchase, and the refund will reflect the difference between the bundle price and that regular retail price.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We process refunds within approximately five (5) business days after we receive and inspect your returned product. Once the refund has been issued, it may take three to ten (3–10) business days for the funds to appear in your card or bank account, depending on your payment provider.
If the original payment method is no longer available due to deactivation, replacement, or other circumstances, please contact foryou@petspemf.com. At the discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd., additional verification may be required before the refund can be processed.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item. After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected, at the sole discretion of MDCN Tech Ltd. We offer no refunds or exchanges on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
Food supplements are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable for health, safety, and regulatory reasons. This applies to both opened and unopened products. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for supplements due to the inability to guarantee storage conditions, handling, and product integrity after shipment.
For unopened and unused products returned within the 30-day return period, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued. For opened and used products returned within the eligible return period, a 20% sanitization, decommissioning, and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a shipment is refused at delivery or declined by the customer, a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If a shipment is returned to the sender for other reasons, including unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer unavailability, failure to arrange delivery with the carrier, or an unclaimed shipment, a 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees do not apply to verified warranty claims or products confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
If for some reason you do not receive your funds within ten (10) days after receiving your refund confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Team.
In order to properly process the return shipment, the sender of the device must be the same as the recipient of the original package. Additionally, only purchases made directly through MDCN Tech Ltd. / Petspemf official sales channels are eligible for returns, refunds, and warranty coverage. Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the respective seller’s return and warranty policies.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all the products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not have obligations to sell any products to you. Moreover, each order is subject to acceptance or rejection by us, at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. A single agreement, independent of any other orders, will interpret each accepted order.
After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation email by contacting our Customer Care team at foryou@petspemf.com. You shall have the sole obligation to obtain all required approvals, permissions, and licenses in order to purchase, import, and use the products.
Product Information
*US CUSTOMERS ONLY: Petspemf devices are medical products that produce magnetic fields and are regulated by the FDA. Petspemf devices, displayed on the Site is available through approved veterinary professionals. Petspemf devices, LLC makes no representations or warranties that any of the products or services displayed on the Site will be available at any time or location.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
- (A) All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. In your order confirmation e-mail, you will get that information. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Also, posted prices do not include any import costs. Depending on the shipping destination, custom duties may apply. You are responsible to abide by any relevant customs and import regulations of the destination country. Applicable customs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Discount Code Policy:
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. We are unable to refund the difference if a code was not used during checkout or if a different promotion is introduced after your order is placed. - (B) We may offer occasional promotions on the Site that may affect pricing. Terms and conditions separate from these Terms govern promotions. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.
- (C) Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise, we agree in writing, we must receive payment before our acceptance of an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or PayPal information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or PayPal account for the purchase; (iii) charges that you incur will be honored by your credit card company or PayPal; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order. Timely payment of the price and all other related charges is of the essence.
SHIPMENTS, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
- (i) We will arrange the shipment of the product(s) to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
- (ii) Risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The estimated delivery time is five to seven (5-7) days after it has been shipped to the customer. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
- (iii) International Duties Notice: Customers are responsible for any applicable international duties when their orders arrive. MDCN TECH is not liable for these charges. We advise consulting your local government agency for information on these associated costs.
Previously, customers have encountered the following duties:
– UK: 2% Duty + 20% VAT
– CA: 0% Duty + 5% GST (Tax)
Note: Petspemf device is subject to these international duties.
Limited warranty
SUBJECT TO THE TERMS HEREIN, FOR THE PERIOD STARTING ON THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR Omnipemf PRODUCT(S) AND ENDING two (2) years OR A MAXIMUM OF twenty-six (26) months LATER (THE “WARRANTY PERIOD”), WE WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS, WORKMANSHIP and DIGITAL COMPONENTS. We do not extend the Warranty Period if we already replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from the site. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product.
Our warranty policy covers physical and digital defects. All products purchased through petspemf.com or any other official sale channels of MDCN Tech d.o.o. are covered by this warranty. If a product exhibits physical or digital defects that affect its functioning and this is verified by our customer support team, then a replacement or direct compensation is in line with this Warranty Policy. The Warranty Policy is active for two (2) years after the product is received by the customer, with a maximum extension of twenty-six (26) months. If a defect is verified and replacement approved, a new replacement product will be sent to the customer using the address and shipping instructions of their original order, unless requested otherwise. We offer no replacements or refunds for any products designated on this site as non-returnable. The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
- Failure or damage to the device or its components due to improper use.
- Damage to the device or its components resulting from pet chewing, biting, or other physical interference.
- The removal or tearing of the device’s inner quality seal (which protects the electronic components and cushion) in the case of the Petspemf Pad.
- In the case of non-use, the battery must be recharged at least once every 3 months to prevent damage or capacity loss.
- Damage and contamination of the device caused by improper protection.
- If the device’s hardware or software has been opened, accessed and/or modified from its original functioning state.
