You can simply reopen the app, tap ‘connect,’ and the timer will resync. If the program is interrupted, you’ll feel a double vibration and see the green light change from blinking once per second to once every 5 seconds. To check if the Pad is running, look for the green light blinking once per second on the control box. Thank you for your kind words! We’re so happy to hear the Pad is helping your girl with her mobility. Just to let you know, the outer cover of the Petspemf Pad can be removed and washed in a washing machine at up to 30°C. :)

Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re sorry to hear the Pad hasn’t worked as expected so far. Some pets do take a bit more time to adjust, so we’d love to offer a few tips that may help: 1. Try placing the Pad under your dog’s usual blanket or bedding. 2. Wrap it in something that smells like you, like a worn T-shirt. 3. Set it up in your dog’s favorite resting spot to make it more inviting. 4. You can also gently lay the Pad over your dog while she’s resting. We also suggest starting with the Stress Relief program, as it uses the lowest frequency and can help pets feel more at ease.
