Worldwide shipping is free, while any import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For US customers, no tax is added on purchases under $800, while in the EU price already includes VAT.

Shipping of the Pad is free, and for RollnRest the shipping is free for orders over $60, to most countries, except to China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan where the cost of shipping is $80. Orders are shipped every day and take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please note that if an extra cover is ordered separately, it may take 2–3 weeks to ship. When purchased together with a Petspemf pad, standard shipping times apply.

You may return your Petspemf Pads within 15 days of package delivery for a full refund of the device.

You may return your RollnRest Bed within 30 days of package delivery for a full refund of the product.

The FDA does not “approve” animal wellness devices in the same way it approves drugs. Under FDA regulations, manufacturers that exclusively produce or distribute animal devices are not required to register with the FDA or list their products, and they are exempt from post-marketing reporting requirements.

That said, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or distributor to ensure that animal devices are safe, effective, and properly labeled. We take this responsibility seriously and design our products with animal comfort, safety, and quality as top priorities.

The FDA encourages veterinarians and pet owners to report any adverse experiences or product concerns related to animal devices. If you ever experience an issue, you’re welcome to contact us directly, and you may also report concerns to the FDA using Form FDA 1932a.

There aren’t reports of side effects or significant adverse events from PEMF therapy. The electromagnetic field that the device emits has no scientific reason to be believed as harmful.

Petspemf Pad should not be used near people or animals with implants such as pacemakers, non-MRI-safe IUDs, cochlear implants, or mechanical heart valves. Pet owners with such devices should keep at least 30 cm or 12 in distance from Petspemf Pad when it’s turned on.

It is best to check if your insurance company covers PEMF products. Some pet insurance companies, such as Healthy Paws, MetLife Pet Insurance, Nationwide or PetSecure do include PEMF devices such as Petspemf in their coverage.
